You can taste or purchase them in both of our farmhouses—Podere Fausto and Podere La Damesca—in a simple and welcoming area dedicated to our products.
It is no coincidence that our agriturismo is called La Fraschetta: the family business was born as a small point of sale for our home-produced wine, served alla frasca according to local tradition. Over time, this first activity expanded to include the preparation of simple, genuine dishes and eventually hospitality, shaping what we are today: a place where agriculture, conviviality, and warm hospitality come together.
Our vines, cultivated using traditional methods, produce white and red wines that capture the fragrances and flavours typical of the volcanic territory around Lake Bolsena. Our extra virgin olive oil comes from our native olivella trees, cultivated with respect for the landscape and far from intensive olive-growing models that diminish biodiversity. Cold pressing preserves its organoleptic qualities and gives it a balanced taste that enhances any dish.
