Agriturismo La Fraschetta is the result of the meeting of two family stories, both deeply rooted in the countryside of Viterbo: that of the Perosillo family, caretakers of Podere La Damesca, and that of the Maggi family, who brought Podere Fausto back to life.
It all began in 1982, when at Podere La Damesca the family started selling their own wine alla frasca, following an ancient rural tradition. That is where the name La Fraschetta comes from: a sign of continuity with our origins, which still reflects our identity today. Over time, that first experience was joined by the preparation of simple, genuine dishes and eventually hospitality itself, transforming the two farmhouses into welcoming places where one can experience the countryside in all its shades.
At the heart of it all lies a simple philosophy: love for nature and for authentic things, harmony with the environment, and the pleasure of sharing genuine flavours. A story of rural roots that continues to flourish between the two farmhouses, united by the same passion for hospitality.
