La Fraschetta

The "La Fraschetta" country house not only offers wonderful cooking, home-grown fruit and vegetables and a warm family welcome, but also an amazing geographical position. It overlooks the waters of a splendid lake of volcanic origin, and is surrounded by lush countryside. It is not far from major Italian cities such as "Rome", "Siena", "Perugia" and "Florence" which are all easy to get to on an old Roman road still in use, known as the Cassia.

La Fraschetta gives guests the opportunity to taste all its own vegetables, wine, olive oil and wonderful sauces; a real holiday for appreciating nature and natural produce.
The country house’s mini-apartments are all located in the main antique rural building which has been restored with great love and care creating the perfect setting for a lakeside holiday. Great fun can be had swimming in the waters of "lake Bolsena" which is also home to the many fish used in local Tuscian cooking.
