Agriturismo La Fraschetta is the result of the union between two family stories deeply rooted in the countryside of Viterbo: the Perosillo family, guardians of Podere La Damesca, and the Maggi family, who breathed new life into Podere Fausto.

It all began in 1982, when Podere La Damesca started selling its own wine directly from the farm, following the traditional countryside custom known as “alla frasca.” From that tradition came the name La Fraschetta — a symbol of continuity with our origins, still reflecting our identity today.

Over time, that first experience grew to include the preparation of simple, genuine dishes and eventually hospitality, transforming the two farmhouses into welcoming places where guests can experience the countryside in all its shades.

At the heart of everything lies a simple philosophy: love for nature and authenticity, harmony with the environment, and the joy of sharing genuine flavors. It’s a story of rural roots that continues to thrive between the two farmhouses, united by the same passion for hospitality.
